1	User licenses for fewer than 45 users are sold in 5-user increments (5, 10, 15 etc.) plus a 7-user pack User licenses for more than 50 users are sold in 10-user increments (50, 60, 70 etc.)
2	Hosted plans are on a monthly or yearly subscription basis. Prices shown are based on monthly subscription which is payable by credit card only. Annual rates are calculated by multiplying the monthly fee by 12 months. Customers on a yearly subscription receive a 13th month of hosting free. There is an initial once-off set-up fee of $120 for our Hosted Plans.
3	Initial package price includes first year's annual support and maintenance fee. Optional support and maintenance fee of 20% of purchase price entitles you to on-going product support and upgrades.
