Our Refund Policy

We want our customers to be happy with Intertec TimePro.

If you feel that Intertec TimePro is not delivering the benefits and ease of use that you hoped for, we would welcome the opportunity to discuss the problem with you and will try to correct it.

If we are unable to satisfy you, you will be eligible for a pro rata refund of licence fees for the unused period of your annual subscription. The refund period will be deemed to begin on the day we received your original expression of dissatisfaction.
